This is an introductory class to understanding what energy healing & medicine is, how it is useful, when it is useful.

We will specifically focus on the energy healing modalities that we offer ourselves but will touch on basic information on other modalities out there for you to explore.

There will be some guided practices, self-care tips, Q&A, and possibly some trades with other students and/or practitioners

When you sign up you can choose one free 30 minute healing session of your choosing, to "test" it out. These sessions will be scheduled and conducted on a 1:1 basis through Zoom Distance Sessions. Body Healing Sessions are excluded from this offer

Part 1 of the class will be instructional w/ Q&A

Part 2 of the class will be hands on practice w/ self care tips, practices and more.
